Hello from Doha! I’m currently at the amazing Al Safwa First Class Lounge in DOH writing this post and I want to take the time briefly to share a little preview in what this experience was like. Oh pardon me, my waiter right now is refilling my Rosé… 😉
Maybe it’s the champagne talking, but I’m still buzzing over how surprisingly stellar this 16+ hour flight was.
For this sector, I was traveling alone on Suite 1A. So yes, me and the flight attendant had a lot of fun making Paul feel “FOMO” via FaceTime 😉
For those not familiar with Qatar, the airline released an ultra-luxe Business Class experience called Qsuites. Unlike Emirates, the airline expanded its Qsuites network really fast and this new product has been flying to LAX since last year. Our dream was to fly it all together one day….
Unfortunately, Paul and Chloe couldn’t travel with us last night. If they did, we would’ve for sure tried the epiiiic QUAD seats together.
Even so, the real estate on Suite 1A is insane! It feels like First Class in Business.
We’ll share a comprehensive review in a later post, but our initial thoughts for Qatar are extremely positive.
Ok, time to go back to my Rosé. Need to maximize my memories for this travel 😉
