Did you know that not all Emirates First Class are created equal? Let’s say you get the opportunity to pick one to fly around the world — which aircraft would you fly? The one with the shower? The intimate privacy? The “Game Changer” cabin? With limited availabilities and points devaluations at an all time high, we be lucky to experience any one of them again. Today, we rank all the Emirates First Class we’ve flown for fun and see which one reigns the King (or Queen) of First Class.
🥉 Emirates Legacy First Class
Starting off with the classic, the Emirates Legacy First Class is on most Boeing 777s in medium haul flights to/from Dubai. Simply put, it’s the A380 First Class minus the shower and onboard bar with more intimate privacy. We’ve flown this a number of times when we’re transiting on our second flight segments.
The starry night decor make the flights feel more like a members-only speakeasy club rather than a double-decker party in the sky. Regardless of aircraft, you still get to indulge in the extravagance of limitless Dom Pérignons/caviars.
🥈 “Game Changer”
Emirate’s Game Changer is the airline’s newest First Class cabin in the sky. It’s been almost a decade since it’s launch and it’s still only on 9 out of 140 Boeings 777s. That makes it less than 6.5% of the 777s aircraft, so it’s no surprise that very few people experienced this product.
Remember what happened in 2020? Well this was the perfect plane to fly during the global pandemic because of its over the top privacy. Fun fact, the best suite on the plane is ironically the middle seat where you get virtual digital windows. It almost feels like you’re flying a private plane.

Overall, Emirates First Class is one The World’s Best First Class. No matter what aircraft, it’s the gold standard in how people imagine the top 1% of the top 1% of the top 1% travel around the world. If the opportunity ever comes, we highly recommend doing it sooner rather than later before it’s unattainable in the points world.
