Pre-Boarding

Japan Airlines First Class Lounge Tokyo Haneda

Historically we usually fly from Narita whenever we fly JAL First Class. So it’s quite exciting when Miki found out her new Japan Airlines A350-1000 is departing from Haneda. After all these years, we finally get to check out the flagship lounge in HND instead of NRT.

As soon as you enter the airport, there’s a personal escort for you to go into a special dedicated area to check-in. It’s a pre-departure lounge for you to relax and be away from airport chaos. This area alone already makes it better to fly First Class from Haneda instead of Narita.

Sushi Tsurutei

If you are a foodie, you must go to this restaurant that offers exquisite fresh sushi made in front of your eyes.

JAL Salon

For fancy drinks head to the JAL Salon, which has top shelf Japanese sakes and whiskeys. Hibiki high ball? Yamazaki 12 neat? Haku Vodka Martini? Take your pick.

Red Suite

One of the most special part of Japan Airlines First Class in Haneda is its Red Suite. It almost has a speakeasy vibe to it where you feel like you get transported back into time immersed in JAL history.

It even has shoe shining service.

You can sip on a glass of champagne or play a game of foosball while you wait in the Red Suite.

Easy on the champagne though, there’s a $1000+ Salon bottle waiting for you on the plane 😘

Overall, Japan Airlines First Class in Haneda is a step above Narita. Its restaurant Sushi Tsurutei, JAL Salon, and Red Suite gives the lounge a special First Class flair in style and originality. It’s a creative way to appreciate JAL’s history and hospitality before you fancy your amazing First Class flight.
