Arrive

Taiwan Mandatory Digital Arrival Card

Planning a trip to Taiwan? Similar to Thailand, your arrival experience thru customs is going to be a little different soon. Starting October 1st 2025, all visitors entering the country must complete a digital arrival card within 72 hours of your flight. Taiwan citizens thankfully are exempt from this extra requirement.

Step 1

The good news is that it looks like it’s very easy to do. Simply type in your email and upload your passport to register.

Step 2

Share your flight details and accommodation itinerary.

Step 3

After upload, you will receive a confirmation email attached with a QR code.

Then ta-da, you’re done. Welcome to Taiwan.

Overall, it’s important to keep up with these requirements to avoid unintentional surprises when you travel internationally. For Taiwan, it is now remembering to fill out this TWAC form within 72 hours of your travel.

That way, your biggest “stress” is deciding which airline to fly to Taiwan!

I know right… tough choice 😘
